PRINT SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Print Subscriptions to The Epoch Times are valid in Australia where a normal home delivery service exists. Delivery to other addresses, such as apartments, office buildings, and retirement and aged care facilities, are subject to delivery capability. Delivery times are an estimate only and will vary according to Australia Post’s delivery schedule.
Payment
The subscriber will automatically be charged in advance based on the subscription plan.

All subscriptions renew automatically and the payment will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle (unless cancelled).

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the price stated at the time of your order. The Epoch Times reserves the right to change the prices and fees at any time.
Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation requests must be received at least 5 business days prior to the start of the next billing cycle. If the cancellation request is not received at least 5 business days prior to the start of the next billing cycle, the subscriber will be charged for the next term, and the cancellation will be effective at the end of that billing cycle. All payments are non-refundable.

All cancellation requests must be done by calling 02 8988 5600. A cancellation confirmation email will then be sent to the subscriber.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued on any of our products. In the event of a cancellation, we will not refund a pro-rata amount of the subscription for the days between the cancellation and the end of the current billing cycle. In the rare event that we do offer a refund, it is completely at our discretion and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Missing papers or other delivery issues are not eligible to change the cancellation terms or claim a refund. However, The Epoch Times grants a subscription extension for all missing products to the customer.

Purchased materials will continue to be delivered throughout the remainder of the current subscription unless a request is made to stop receiving the products.

We reserve the right to make changes to our print and digital products at any time.
Unpaid Charges
On condition that the subscriber’s payment method is no longer valid, the subscription will not be immediately cancelled. The subscriber is still responsible for all unpaid charges as well as any collection costs such as collection agency fees, legal fees, and other fees.

You agree that your name, address, email address, postcode and mobile/telephone number will be stored by The Epoch Times and used for the purpose of managing your subscription, communicating with you about your subscription and to notify you of any benefits or future subscriptions, unless otherwise notified by you.
